On a recent family trip to Spain we basically ate these every day, honestly, how could you not! They are so good. Lightly golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside all while soft and delicious on the inside. Obviously, it was the first thing I made when we got home.

You cannot make enough of these. The saltiness combined with the sweet honey is just so good. Perfect as an appetizer or as part of your Mediterranean dinner or Meza platter.
BLT Skewers
Be sure to make plenty. These little guys will go quickly! Avoid placing the tomato as the first layer on your bread. It helps the bread not to become soggy.
Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls
These are delicious…like do-not-expect-leftovers delicious. Go ahead and make it as hot as you want! Just add more hot sauce and sriracha to taste. Give the blue cheese a chance, but if not, add some extra ranch.
Chicken Cordon Blue Bites
Yum. I cannot stop eating these…the melted cheese and the Dijon dipping sauce...so good.
