Calling all steak lovers!!! These Garlic Butter Steak Bites come together in less than 20 minutes and are absolutely delicious. The perfect combination of butter and garlic. Serve over a salad, over mashed potatoes or as an appetizer. No matter how you eat them you won't have any leftovers!

Instructions

1.Cut steak into bite size pieces. Place in small bowl and generously season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2.Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high heat. Add olive oil, then add steak and sear on each side, generally 2 minutes per side or until a nice brown crust forms. Remove from pan and set aside to rest.
3.Add butter to the cast iron pan and cook until melted. Add garlic and cook for about one minute or until fragrant. Add the Worcestershire sauce to the pan and stir.
4.Remove the pan from heat and add your steak bites back in. Toss the steak and garlic butter mixture together, making sure all the steak is coated well.
5.Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

  • Garlic, butter and steak.  Honestly, is there a better combination out there?  These bites come together so quickly with so much flavor.  They are really outstanding.
  • Got some fresh herbs on hand?  Throw them in there.  We generally use parsley, rosemary or oregano but anything works.  No herbs around?  No worries, it’s delicious with or without them.
  • This recipe works with any kind of steak. Tenderloin, rib eye, strip steak, flank steak or sirloin, they all work.  I use whatever we kind we have on hand.
  • Make sure to bring your steak to room temperature before cutting into bite size pieces and seasoning.
  • For an extra good sear, pat your steak dry before cutting up.
  • Don’ be shy when seasoning the steak. Use ample salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • These are a great appetizer, especially when served with my Blue Cheese Sauce to dip them in!
