- Goodness, absolutely amazing. I mean honestly, I could eat this by the spoonful.
- Sweet and savory and a bacon lover’s dream! You can use this on almost anything. Top off your burger, use it as a dip, throw it on a charcuterie board, and good lord please add it to your grilled cheese. The possibilities are endless!!
- Cream cheese, definitely eat this with cream cheese and crackers.
- You can use any type of onion. I like using a white onions but red onions work great too.
- If you are wanting a smoother texture you can use an immersion blender to get the consistency you are looking for.
- Add additional balsamic vinegar if you are looking to tone down the sweetness. I actually use balsamic glaze a lot too.
