- Trust me when I tell you this is so simple and just so good. My mom gets asked to make it at every family gathering – well, basically, anytime we see her!
- Trust the process with the mayo. When you add it to the warm pasta and then refrigerate, the mayonnaise gets absorbed quite a bit, actually. After it is chilled, you can add as much or as little as you would like.
- You can use any kind of canned shrimp you can find.
- Celery is optional, but it does add a nice little crunch.
- Do not forget to salt and pepper this to your liking!
