This is a crowd pleaser so if you make them for a party, be prepared to make them again by request!
Tabbouleh
This is so good. Like all-you-will-want-to-eat-for-lunch-all-week good. Even my littles love this. They especially love to add avocado to it - chop one up and throw it in.
Easy Oven Baked Creamy Crab and Parmesan Risotto
I know what you’re thinking – risotto without standing over the stove stirring for an hour? I was skeptical at first, but goodness, was I wrong? This is so creamy and delicious that I will never make it any other way again!
Creamy Gruyere Mac and Cheese
Do not use pre-shredded cheese if you don’t have to! It has a coating on it that doesn’t melt as well. Shred your own cheese - I promise it’s worth the extra step!
Asian Slaw
Per usual, we love sauce and double the dressing for our slaw. Nut allergies? Leave them out.
Creamy Cesar Salad Dressing
Add everything to a bowl and whisk it all together, or throw it all into a mason jar and shake. If it is too thick, add a little water.
Cranberry Basil Sangria
This is a great option for the winter months. Garnishing with fresh cranberries gives it that holiday feel. You can omit the wine if you want to make this a mocktail or substitute cranberries for frozen blueberries or raspberries.
Easy Vodka Sauce
So easy and so good. Any pasta works, but we prefer either gnocchi, rigatoni or penne.
Espresso Martini
Make it to your liking – less vodka, more Kahlua – there is no wrong answer here!
Blood Orange Margarita
If you are lucky enough to find it, there is blood orange juice! Buy it, use it and enjoy the ease of making this without squeezing oranges. You can also substitute regular oranges or orange juice.
