- This is so good. Like all-you-will-want-to-eat-for-lunch-all-week good. Even my littles love this. They especially love to add avocado to it – chop one up and throw it in.
- I love lemon, so I tend to add extra, but you do you!
- Pairs great with Middle Eastern Chicken kabobs.
- Make it a platter and serve it with warm pita, hummus and tzatziki sauce.
