Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves, minced
2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 table spoon Dijon mustard
1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Add everything to a bowl and whisk it all together, or throw it all into a mason jar and shake. If it is too thick, add a little water.

Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and grated parmesan cheese.
2.Add salt and pepper to taste.
3.Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

  • This house loves garlic a lot! If you want a little less garlic flavor, then just add 1 or 2 cloves.
  • I either add everything to a bowl and whisk it all together, or I throw it all into a mason jar and shake it well.
  • If the dressing is too thick for your liking, just add some water, a little bit at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  • This will keep in the refrigerator for about 5-7 days.
