Notes
- This is so quick and easy and 100% a weekly go-to for our house.
- If you don’t have agave, you can use honey or maple syrup.
- We like it a little sweeter so we add about a tablespoon or so of agave, but you do you and make it to your liking!

| ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil | |
| 1 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar | |
| 1 tablespoon dijon mustard | |
| ½ tablespoon agave | |
| 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced | |
| Pinch of fine sea salt to taste | |
| Freshly ground black pepper to taste |
| 1. | Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well with a whisk. I prefer to use a mason jar and just shake it all together. |
| 2. | Serve with your favorite salad and store extra in the refrigerator. |
