Ingredients

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
½ tablespoon agave
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
Pinch of fine sea salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
This is so quick and easy and 100% a weekly go-to for our house.

Instructions

1.Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well with a whisk. I prefer to use a mason jar and just shake it all together.
2.Serve with your favorite salad and store extra in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • This is so quick and easy and 100% a weekly go-to for our house.
  • If you don’t have agave, you can use honey or maple syrup.
  • We like it a little sweeter so we add about a tablespoon or so of agave, but you do you and make it to your liking!
