Ingredients

¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
3 cups powdered sugar
½ cup smooth peanut butter
2-3 tablespoons heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1.Using a stand mixer; beat the butter until fluffy. Add in ½ cup peanut butter and mix well.
2.Add powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture and mix until combined.
3.Add heavy cream, vanilla and salt to the mixer.
4.Beat on medium for 2 minutes; then on high for another 2 minutes; finally on medium for 1 minute.
