Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise
1 to 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or pressed with a garlic press
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
Smoked paprika to garnish
Delicious. Perfect side dish for summer or perfect snack anytime!

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice.
2.Whisk together until well combined and smooth.
3.Refrigerate until use

Notes

  • So easy and comes together in less than 5 minutes.
  • We use this a lot in our house.  Think BLT’s, dip for fries, burgers and of course patatas bravos!
  • Add as much or as little lemon and garlic as you prefer.
  • Regular paprika works great if you don’t have smoked paprika.  You can leave if off entirely if you prefer.
  • Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
