Ingredients

1 pound linguine or any pasta of your choice
½ cup butter, add more to taste after sauce thickens
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4–6 ounces cream cheese
3 garlic gloves, minced
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Parsley, chopped
Lemon (optional)
Definitely serve this with garlic bread. You will want it to sop up the delicious sauce. Speaking of garlic, add less or more based on your level of garlic love.

Instructions

1.Cook pasta according to package.
2.Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add heavy whipping cream and cream cheese and whisk until melted.
3.Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth. Add the grated Parmesan cheese.
4.Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
5.Drain cooked pasta and add to the Alfredo sauce. Toss well, making sure to coat all the pasta.
6.Top with fresh lemon juice and parsley.
