Notes
- These cookies are soft, chewy and so easy to make – which is good since they won’t last long!
- Don’t let the cookies cool too long on the baking sheet or else they will start to harden.
- Do not use a cooling rack, or they won’t be soft and chewy.
- You can add raisins, walnuts or chocolate chips to the batter to mix things up a bit – the possibilities are endless!
