Ingredients

1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional)
Pinch of salt
Less than 5 minutes start to finish. This dressing is so good and works on salads, pasta and chicken! So much better than store bought dressings.

Instructions

1.Add all the ingredients to a mason jar with lid.
2.Shake well, making sure all the ingredients are well combined.
3.Add salt to taste.
4.Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Serve over your choice of greens.

Notes

  • This house loves garlic a lot! If you want a little less garlic flavor, then just add 1 or 2 cloves.
  • I either add everything to a bowl and whisk it all together, or I throw it all into a mason jar and shake it well.
  • If the dressing is too thick for your liking, just add some water, a little bit at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  • This will keep in the refrigerator for about 5-7 days.
