Ingredients

1/2 cup garlic crack sauce (recipe below)
8 ounces thick spaghetti
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
1 cup olive oil
10 cloves garlic, finely minced (Yes...you read it correctly, 10 cloves)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1-2 tablespoons of “crack”seasoning (See below)
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon thyme
1 whole lemon, zested
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh parsley to garnish
This will become a family favorite FAST. My kids fight over who gets second and third helpings. There is no such thing as too much garlic so add more if you want.

Instructions

1.Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
2.While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
3.Immediately remove from the heat and add the red pepper flakes and crack to seasoning and lemon zest.
4.Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the garlic sauce.
5.Toss to combine. Adjust with pepper as needed.
6.Top with chopped parsley, fresh lemon juice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • This will become a family favorite FAST. My kids fight over who gets second and third helpings.
  • There is no such thing as too much garlic, so add more if you want.
  • I like some extra crack seasoning in mine, so just play with it until you find what works best for your family.
  • Leave the red pepper flakes out to reduce the heat.
  • There will be no leftovers, ever.
