Notes
- This could be a candle. It smells so good. A nice option to serve something other than a red sauce with your pasta.
- I prefer to make this with a stainless-steel skillet, but any pan will work.
- Be careful to melt the butter slowly and over lower heat; otherwise, it will burn instead of brown and have a bitter taste.
- We like to add in some parmesan cheese right before tossing it with our favorite pasta.
- Our two favorite pastas to use this sauce with are gnocchi and ravioli.
