Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2-4 tablespoons sherry
2 can crab meat, drained (I use one can lump crab meat and one canned crab meat)
2 green onions, finely chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Crackers or baguettes for dipping
You can make these ahead of time for entertaining! Just store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook!

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°.
2.In a large mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, sherry and garlic. Once combined, stir in crab and green onion.
3.Pour crab mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake until lightly golden brown and bubbly, usually around 20 -30 minutes.
4.Serve with warm baguettes or crackers.

Notes

  • This recipe works best with either canned crab or canned lump crab meat (I use both).
  • You can make these ahead of time for entertaining! Just store in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook!
  • You can definitely serve this cold or use it as a spread. Once everything is mixed together, just chill it in the refrigerator or use it immediately and enjoy!
  • If I’m being honest, I use way more than 4 tablespoons of sherry! I love the flavor of it in this dip.  Once everything is mixed together, just add as much as you like according to your taste!
