- Make this, like right now. Be prepared for no leftovers. This dish will quickly become one of your most requested dishes.
- There is no such thing as too much garlic, so add more if you want. Same goes for the Cajun seasoning, make it as spicy as you want.
- I like to use penne pasta but any pasta you have on hand works.
- If you don’t have a cast iron skillet you can use whatever you have.
- Make sure your skillet is hot when you put your chicken in so you get a nice sear on the outside.
- While the recipe works best with chicken breasts chicken thighs work as well.
- I like to also season my chicken with salt and pepper but you can just use Cajun seasoning if you prefer.
