1 cup cilantro, stems included, lightly chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
3 cloves of garlic, loosely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
This five ingredient Cilantro Lime Marinade is easy to make and comes together in less than 5 minutes. Perfect for steak, chicken and fish.


1.Using a food processor, combine all of the ingredients and blend together making sure the garlic is blended well and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
2.Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.


  • Perfect for steak, chicken and fish.
  • Go ahead and add a jalapeño or some red pepper flakes if you want your marinade to be spicy.
  • We love to use this on flank or skirt steak when we are making burrito bowls, tacos or tostados.
  • Add additional olive oil to get the texture you want. You can also add additional lime or garlic for your personal taste.
