- My kids won’t eat artichokes, but they LOVE this dip. It’s so creamy and delicious that it’s hard not to!
- You can add less or more garlic, depending on your personal taste.
- Serve it with whatever you want – we like the baguettes best.
- If you have extra, turn them into a crostini! Top a lightly toasted baguette with the mixture and bake at 350° until golden brown on top. Finish it off with a little parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
